Im a newbie, I have 2020 Skoda Kamiq 1.6TDI premium and I want to update it. My current version is men3_eu_sk370_po113p_0469

Most of things is hidden, I want to open them like in this video: 

 

 

How can I do that?

Based on the version you have probably a Swing or Bolero infotainment system and the one in video is Amundsen - solely a touch screen without knobs.

Regarding the updates you have other thread here on the forum where you can find links to the newer software versions and users' experience.

You can find links to many software versions and in your case you have to do a few interim updates due to a  very old version.

0464 => 0469 => 0741/0742 => 1233/1310/1760/1790/1798
