hello my skoda fabia scout 1400 diesel 2009 plate problem wont rev past 3000 rpm cam and crank sensor changed ecu changed along with fuel pump  still puts on esp light and limits revs at wits end now could it be faulty cam belt tensioner or what Im at a loss

This "won't rev past 3_000" thing; would this be in neutral?

makes no difference if stationary or traveling along car will still reach 70mph so long as you dont exceed 3000 revs ticks over fine does 60 + to the gallon starts fine no smoke from exhaust using no oil and doesnt overheat
