Passengers door and lock not working

Hi there my uncle has a 2016 fabia it has a warning  on dash about looking But the electric window didn't work I've looked at it and the lock doesn't work either I've checked  the wiring between  the doors that's ok I've checked wiring in door that's OK I got a fault  with the actuator CAN fault you can hear the motor click and you can hear actuator click but won't lock I'm thinking  bcm but as it's 600 I'm not sure any help appreciate
