Tail lights, including turn signals, are slightly different based on the trim level. 

I think it would be interesting to have the option to customize your tail lights.

Option to change based on visibility - for daylight, nighttime, and poor visibility.

What's your view on this?

Actually, make that a 3rd option, "H*11 NO!"

I’d quite like the tail lights to come on with the front DRLs, i.e. on all the time.

Find someone local to you with VCDS or OBDeleven and ask them nicely to activate this for you 👍🏻

 

As for the original question. No, it’s not something I’d pay extra for.

Called  "Scandinavian DRLs"......can be coded using OBD11 or VCDS....
