Unlocking smartlink

I have Škoda Scala 2020, active trim so that means most basic radio unit, with no smartlink function(not activated). How can it be done, will Skoda app still work, what will happen if it updated automatically in future, what will happen end with 4g/sos module which was broken at some point it kept recalling sos number and there was no internet access to the radio unit( no app support)…..

you have to buy activation code from dealer and have it installed by the dealer.
