1.9 Oil cooler - leaking seals

I have a lot of oil around base of oil cooler with car at 230,000 km. Do I just replace oil seals or fit new oil cooler at same time. I read these are a known problem with PD engine but have no signs of oil in coolant system. 

I would replace the cooler as well, they make a horrible mess when they fail.

I've just found an oil leak from the injector harness plug and will sort this when fitting a new rocker cover.
