Hi, Smartlink is randomly rebooting infotainment system.

Can anyone please advise what type of system I have and provide latest software.

Have a look at the various Bolaro/Amundsen postings. You have a SOP4.x system and as I understand it, your latest version should be 0480. I've posted on the forum how do it.

I have no idea whether this will resolve the problem but is probably the first thing to try.

It's strange but I cannot find others on the forum with the same symptoms.
i.e. Amundsen system randomly rebooting whilst using smartlink for satnav from an Android phone but to-date no reboots when not connected via usb cable.
