Skoda Yeti 5L Cruise control retrofit.

Hello to the forum members.

 Please I need your advice.

I have Skoda Yeti 2014 pre facelift style.

1.8 TSI 152HP 112kw. 

My car has a normal left turn signal lever, without cruise control buttons.

I have seen videos on the net of people who replaced the current lever with a new one that comes with extra buttons for the cruise control as shown in the attached picture, and by changing the settings in VCDS they were able to add this function.  

Does my car also fit this?

 It is important to note that I have MDF in the dashboard with control from the steering wheel.
