Headlamp washer

I have a 2012 Scout. Last week the drivers side washer came out and washed and won't do back in. The passenger side is working fine, both still spraying etc, but drivers side just won't go back. It's 10° outside today and been above freezing all week. So not frozen pipes.

Is there an easy fix? All fuses checked etc
