Engine problems

Featured Replies

Hi guys sry if theres already a thread for this problem but i can find one.

Ive got an octavia vrs 2.0 tdi cega engine and xmas day the turbo went . After replacement within about half hr it developed a rattle , it sounds like when people do the spanner prank. Ive changed oil and flushed engine twice . Since ive checked oil pressure which is about. 2.5 bar at 2000rpm , replaced lifters and even had injectors cleaned and tested oh and stripped down egr , inlet manifold and throttle body and de-carboned and removed sump and oil pickup and cleaned. Sound is still exactly the same and to add insult to injury checked new turbo and bearing had gone . Ive replaced it changed oil n filter again and its still there. Anyone got any ideas cause im stumped.  Sry for long thread but wanted to explain everything ive done .
