Long time lurker here, but today for the first time did not find an answer to my question so I've made an account.

 

The shifter on my 2018 Skoda Superb is showing signs of wear so I'm planning to change it.

 

There are 2 options the cheap aliexpress one (here) and the way more expensive factory one (here)

 

My question is, does anyone have any experience with the aftermarket one? Quality/look and feel wise.

Personally I’d only go with OE, you know it’ll fit and at least last as long as yours has.

 

Have you tried ringing your local dealer for a price? Might find it’s cheaper than the 2nd link, or more
