My skoda octavia mk1 2004 TDI  manual running fine on highways while in traffic going weird stops the engine and after 10 to 20 minutes when i turn on ignition its start and when hold ignition for long in dashboard pop up red oil check symbol also but oil level is fine and temperature sensor was gone along back its indicate me in dashboard .  I was gone to local garage suggested there is issue in instrument cluster problem anyone suggested me on this

That suggests an engine sensor issue to me; the instrument cluster only receives data from the Engine Management Unit (EMU).

 

Your best way of checking this is to find someone honest who can use a diagnostic computer, preferably a VAG compatible one such as VCDS or OBD II.
