It's a diesel; valve(s) will have contacted piston(s). An inspection will be needed to determine the extent of the damage.

Ah okay. Thanks for the info. It's getting looked at Tuesday.

Engine turns over really fast, like no compression. Was just hoping it may have been a happier outcome.
