I have a problem with a constant high or fluctuating RPM.  Code 00516 appears as shown in the picture.  Any advice?

Error code 00516 refers to a throttle body closed position issue. Check that there is nothing preventing it from fully closing, also check TB wiring and connections.

this is all faults in my car

any of this are caused this problem ?

00635 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Heating; Before CAT 
            37-00 - Faulty
01013 - A/C Compressor Load Signal 
            31-00 - Open or Short to Ground
00557 - Pressure Switch; Power Steering (F88) 
            29-10 - Short to Ground - Intermittent
00533 - Idle Speed Regulation 
            19-10 - Lower Limit - Intermittent

00516 - Closed Throttle ( Idle ) Position  Switch (F60)

             30-10 - Open or Short to Plus - Intermittent

I'd take a guess that fault 4 would almost certainly be related to number 5. You could try @ApertureS for a better answer for fault number 1.
