Lane assist/lighting fault light

Featured Replies

Hi. Had my VRS Estate for a couple of years now and I still have the amber warning light on the dash telling me there is a problem with the lighting, however all the bulbs are working.

I've been told by a couple of people that it's because the car has had a replacement screen and the camera for lane assist hasn't been re calibrated. On the screen it's saying lane assist isn't available so it's possibly correct. Has anyone had the same issue? Find it a bit strange an unrelated issue would give a lighting warning.

If your lane assist camera has an alignment issue due to the replacement, it is possible that the HBA sensor (if fitted) suffers from a similar issue. Do you have HBA - does it work correctly?

Car doesn't have HBA.
