My Infotainment system sometimes works well and sometimes behaves weirdly - not responding to buttons, randomly dialling phone numbers. I can never predict whether it will work or not. I wondered if it needed a software update? My device is a 5Q0035842B (or H30 with software 0361).

 

The software train is:

MST2_EU_SK_ZR_PO361T

 

and in the "versions" it suggests there is an update 0361-1. I wondered if that might help fix the problem - if so is it possible to get the update? Or is it possible the touchscreen is faulty?

You have SW update on PM however I beleive this is HW problem of your display unit.

everything is working as, is it worth to activate to a higher version?

You have download link on PM _ however as I always say, if you don;t have any issues then there is no need to upgrade as every upgrade may brick the unit.

I'm guessing this might be the problem with mine too? In the last few weeks it has decided to just randomly disconnect and reconnect regardless of phone or cable attached. It's a new issue for me anyway. Any suggestions?
