Strange noise on releasing accelerator MK2 FL CEGA

Hey all,

Started to get this strange noise when letting off the accelerator quite abruptly when doing low speeds. It's a 2011 Vrs FL diesel with 130k miles. Recent clutch, dual mass, cambelt kit.

It doesn't happen if you rev when not in gear, or put the clutch down and rev whilst in gear and it seems to me to either be mount related or turbo. As it either does it when releasing boost or the engine/gearbox moves when letting off the accelerator.

You can hear the noise on the video attached, it happens twice in the video.

Sometime if the car is warm it doesn't make the noise at all
