Satnav refuses to leave home

I replaced the Columbus Satellite antenna on my 2010 L&K Octavia and all went well at first but now the red triangle icon seems reluctant to leave home and sometimes it would stop at a destination and then refuse to start.  At other times it would suddenly go off-road and has even been afloat in Findhorn Bay! I'd appreciate any help.
