Newbie here so please bear with me. Is it possible to activate SmartLink or CarPlay on a headunit with model number 6VO 035 871 and version MENZ_EU_SKGPX_P7381L? 

 

Dealer doesn’t know for sure and can’t help me.

They should get for you part number 000 054 830A and use it for online activation.
