Adaptive cruise control error yellow/orange symbol

Featured Replies

I have got the following error in my KODIAQ 2020 .. I have recently bought it as used car.. so I’m new

As I know, the car has ACC feature however when I enable it in the screen it shows the below error with a message that says error in Acc.

according to VW site, this error may indicate a problem that should be fixed .. it is not clear the reason..

what are the possible reasons and how to check if that is related to sensor impaired, unavailable sensor, dust in the sensor or it could be related to not having adequate information for the ACC to be activated ?

It could be thousands of things. If you’re lucky, it’ll just be a software bug that’s easily fixed.

You'll need to perform a diagnostic scan

I get this every now and again on my 2020 Kodiaq on first start up.

I just turn the ignition off and restart the car and the error goes away and the ACC operates as it should, so don’t worry about it.
