Newbe with a question

Hi all new to skodas not new to vag cars mainly older Vws. Had a search but couldn't find anything close to my problem. 

Just bought a 2011 estate vrs a few days ago. Second day of ownership a reg plate bulb when out, but when the light was on the dash for the bulb, the brake wear light was dimly lit also, changed the bulb all good. Tonight heading to the shop I noticed the brake wear light was flashing dimly timed to my indicators when in use. The light isn't on normal only when indicating or when the faulty bulb lamp was illuminated. 

There is leds out on the dash, 4 needle leds and some off the rev counter back light would this have anything to do with it.

Anyone ever come across this before
