No its not a WRC replica, (I already have one of those without the decals) and no they didn't all come with decals, the dealer fits those as they arrive separately.

Its a (rare) UK spec vRS but in white.

Its not a cancelled order, its fresh off the transporter direct from the factory. IIRC its available in white on the continent.

Is the car numbered, only 100 Vrs WRC made and only 23 right hand drives, decals are fitted at factory and not by dealer, if you look closely you will find that the back door handles are sprayed and bumpers are sprayed, not all decals, and plate on dash depicting number. does it have heated seats, side airbags, uprated suspension & brakes Climate control, zeon lights etc etc? 8)

Its NOT a WRC vRS, I know 'cos I have 97/100. Mine did not (and does not) have the decals fitted and the back bumper and door handles are white not green!

The car I'm talking about is a bog standard vRS in white! no xenons, no heated seats, it has silver wheels and the back bumper and door handles are white not green!

As regards the vRS, the decals were not all fitted at the factory, in at least one other case that I'm aware of they arrived separately at the dealers who were billed about
