Hi. My apps no longer coming up on the screen. It isn’t connecting. I can’t get an appointment for a software update till 3 months away. Crazy! Skoda dealers giving different and unhelpful info. Can’t find anything online. Can’t see in manual how to switch it on 

 

I’ve tried pressing the on/off button for 20 seconds. 

 

my phone is working in other vehicles so I know it’s not the phone at fault. 
 

would super appreciate any advice. Thank you. 
 

 

I would generally disconnect the battery for a few minutes for a situation like this, but realise that is not something that many folks would be comfortable doing unless they were handy with the spanners.
