Question re advertising Yeti wheels

Featured Replies

Genuine question - I've some Yeti wheels to advertise since fitting some new Mattherhorns but is it worth paying to register because it will be a one off, or am I better trying eBay and the rest ?

It is a small amount you have to pay to advertise on BRISKODA.

As it is if you paid for membership that is more, but supports the forum.

@Prezafab there are no guarantees anything will sell just because it's listed here. Just as it might not on ebay.

The freedom 'paywall; if you like is more a donation, however in this situation, I do appreciate how it can feel like a barrier. Why when you're leaving skoda etc... I do get it and wrestle with it frequently. The way we have it, it is reasonably protected from scammers. At least to advertise, we have a very low incidence rate, plus you keep all your sale money. IDK know what ebay charge now. The choice is entirely yours. IF you felt you got value from the community, it's a pint of beer, maybe a fancy coffee, down south prices at least ;)

Hope this helps.

Ebay fees are around 13%. And that's fine; you make a sale and make some money. Freedom membership recognises the value you get from the advice, suggestions and information you've had from other forum members over the years and, even with the minimal work I do on my car, I'd say it's been value for money (incuding in those early days of ownership "What on earth does that do?" questions.
