OE bluetooth retrofit in 2012 Octavia mk11 facelift vrs

Featured Replies

OK you clever lot…

Is it possible to do this?

I believe it goes under the drivers seat. Is the wiring harness already there and does anything need to be done at the head unit end?

Can it just be plugged in and does it need coding to work?

BTW the car has a bolero head unit.

Is there a specific Bluetooth unit I need?

Will it play music and enable phone calls?

Lastly, would it be much simpler to fit a generic adapter, and in that case which one would you recommend?

TIA
