but I didn’t understood what do to, how can I download the firmware into a usb drive?

can I backup my current firmware?

I tried to click on the link in the mib helper site but it required a username and password for mibsolutions.one.

if anyone has a direct link for a newer version with at least car play enabled?

and if there are any special requirements I need?

there is a notice on the side of the login screen that for personal use it's free and you can use given guest logins to get in
