Hi all, I have a problem with my infotainment screen, when I am driving the back light doesn't come on so it's very very dim and I can barely see anything on it. However when I take the key out of the ignition the back light comes on and it's very bright again. This is the same for the display behind the steering wheel. I've fiddle on with the setting and done a factory reset but no joy. Anyone had a similar issue? 

Have you tried manually adjusting the back light intensitiy from the infotainment screen whilst the engine is running?  Mine was very dim and same as you when you take the key out etc.. it became bright.  Under the 'light' or 'lights' option within 'car' not sure if its there to adjust unless the engine is running.  Very strange that a factory reset didn't solve it though.
