Pan roof drains

Featured Replies

Having a few posts about pan roof leaks and enduring the drains weren’t blocked. I bought a tool for pushing through the drain tubes. Does anyone know where these drain tubes terminate? I was hoping that I’d be able to see the end of the cleaning tool emerge somewhere under the front wings.

Lots of info about the rear drain tubes in this topic; good luck:

@JustinG thanks for the reply  - just what I needed to know. I might attempt to access them by taking off the wheel arch liner as that looks as though it might be less work. I had to remove and refit the rear bumper on my Tourn 3 or 4 times trying to locate a water leak,

Glad its helpful! Don't be misled by the petrol filler drain if you are on the driver's side. If the wheel arch idea doesn't work, you could probably get a hand to the roof drain by unscrewing the bumper without undoing all the wiring. If you just pull off the red rubber flap that would fix it, I reckon.
