Can you not search by your VIN or engine type an/or number. 

Seems you can only search two ways, either by VIN or through a series of drop down boxes (as already described; there are hundreds and hundreds of "sales types"). You can't search generally, only against a very specific vehicle type and it won't show you TPIs that aren't applicable to that vehicle. I've only used it a handful of times to be fair, there could be other ways of using it.

 

Thanks for the help, I'll have a think about next steps. I'm getting emails as replies are made to this thread so will keep tabs on it and update if I ever resolve it.
