KESSY Key

Featured Replies

Bit of an odd one. Somehow my wife has lost the removable part of her Karoq key case. Just wondering if anyone has a non-functioning key going spare so we can replace the missing part.

Also posted in Kodiaq forum as the keys are probably identical.

Wife went to her mother's house today. Found the cover on a footstool. Now refitted.

Phew!  Is it the one with the sliding key, or the flip out?

Think the flip out ones have CR2025 batteries and some people put CR2032 in which are a bit thicker and makes the cover more likely to pop off.

Sliding key. Just had a VW T-Roc R-Line loan car. That had a flip-out key and the key had to be inserted old-school. I did some searches on the internet and found a supplier of keys for ~ £20, which I would just canniballise, but she found it just in time. My keys have CR2032 as standard.
