I have just bought a 2016 Octavia VRS diesel and need to do an over the air update on the radio.  I do not have a password,  so any help would be much appreciated 

BTW  - it is an Amundsen system

Over the air updates are not available on the Octavia 3.

Is there any way at all that I can refresh my radio station list, if that's the case?

Navigation to the station list and click the refresh button top right.

Hi I have a octavia vrs tdi 2018 and my info system is glitchy and won't connect to the android play.  I've never updated the software and feel this is the best place to start. How do I do this and what do I need to do? Many thanks for any support
