Best place for replacement leather parts?

Hi all, I'm finally getting back into vRS ownership after five and a half years, with an early MkIII Octavia estate. This will be my third vRS and fifth Skoda. Petrol, manual, 18s, Race Blue... chef's kiss. Deposit placed today. Unfortunately the leather on the steering wheel and handbrake grip is shot to hell (seems quite common on them) and I want to replace both at some point.

So I'm asking current or past owners: did you replace those parts and if so where did you get them from? I'd love to learn about specialist suppliers or useful marketplaces for that sort of thing. Looking for black leather with red stitching, if it makes any difference. TIA!
