I've noticed my vRS has black handles where others have silver.

Is this a year change difference (mine's a 54 plate), an option or just a spot of aftermarket colour coding?

Also, while I'm here... warranty is out at the end of the year, is there anything I should look out for on the next service or before I get it remapped?

Not seen any vRS's with colour coded handles but I have seen a Fabia (not vRS) in the dealers with silver colour coded ones.

Fabia vRS built after the last week in May this year (2007 model) will have colour coded door handles.

Any idea if these are available painted from SUK? Would the handles come with the hole for the key to reuse the existing ones or would they have new keys?

They won't be available painted from Skoda, at most they'd be primed and need base and clearcoat.

"sport" door handles are also colour coded.

Mine has the handles and strips colour coded....

gettin my car colour coded soon handles, black trim on bumpers, bump strips removed and a vrs spoiler painted and fitted for £150! i only paid £16 for the spoiler on ebay a pure bargain.
