Trying to fit the front maxton splitter.(can't get the tray bit off the front)

Hi, I have just bought the maxton front splitter for my vrs. I can't seem to get the tray bit off the front bumper to enable me to get the bolts in place. I have removed all the screws from the undertray just can remove the very front part.

Any ideas?
