Swing unit changing modes

Hi all,

Recently purchased a 2014 rapid with the swing unit - all was good with it until the last few days - while being paired to phone via BT-audio the unit can randomly switch its mode to radio, at which point i've gotta press the media button for it to instantly switch back to BT mode.

Is there anything that can be done to fix this? Many thanks!
