Will a 215.55 R17 wheel from my old Karoq fit the hub of my new one that's fitted with 215.60 R16, as a spare.

Yes, almost identical circumference.

Thank you. I was concerned about the bolt holes lining up correctly with the hub.

Ah, I see, yes they will be the same and therefore will be compatible / interchangeable.

Can’t say if it’ll fit in spare wheel well though.

Mibbae aye, mibbae nay. It will depend on wheel (and tyre) sizes rather than just PCD though.

Kamiq have a PCD / stud pattern as a Fabia / Scala. 5 x 100.

Karoq & Kodiaq are 5 x 112.

Then we get to wheel size / width and tyre sizes.
