Replaced Blower Resistor but still not working.

I had the issue back in the summer with the fan only working on number 4.

I replaced the resistor pack and it worked. 

Last week the fault returned. I have replaced the pack again but thr fault persists. 

Any ideas what the problem may be?

Perhaps the latch on the connector is broken, so it is not being held positively in full engagement?
