Hi all,

 

I have put a deposit down on 2021 sportline with 45k from a Vw dealer. Is there anything I should I look for or ask them to do before I sign the finance? 
 

Also not sure if it matters but I’ll be the 4th owner although we plan to keep for along time, would this put you off? 
 

According to history check the 1st owner(company) had it 4 months-garage had it 3 weeks- 2nd owner 31 months- garage-2months-3rd owner had it 5 months and we are buying off garage that had 8 days.

 

What are your thoughts?

i'd need more information, can't really judge from the ownership history, what is the engine for example? if it is a 1.5 it just might not have been enough for the previous owners. i get where you're coming from though, you're wondering whether it is a lemon. the dealer will usually tell you whether they've had to do work to it.
