i'm Kev and am currently looking for a new Car, which may well be a Skoda.

I'm a self employed Lock Smith and my new car will need to fulfil 3 main criteria..

1. my work vehicle, 2. normal everyday getting around vehicle and ,3. a 4WD towing

vehicle as i have a small boat and want to be able to launch of beaches and slipways 

Wales etc.

I have a 4WD DSG petrol Karoq as I tow a small boat (actually quite a heavy one at 500 kg). It was my first Skoda and I'm very pleased with it. My wife likes it too for everyday use. Can't comment on suitability for work as I'm retired but the boot's a reasonable size.

 

Two things are unexpectedly good for towing: the cruise control is a joy and if you get one with a reversing camera, you can position the tow hitch right under the trailer evety time.
