Fabia front passenger seat

Featured Replies

I recently bought a 2022 Fabia and find that the front passenger seat does not have the mechanism to make the seat higher or lower. The dealer tells me that the seat is designed to hold a child safety seat and  it is not possible to put a " normal" seat in its place. Anyone know if this is true?

Welcome.

They say anything.   Plenty cars have isofix for child seats and the sea that go up and down.  But more limited with many of them.

Your seat is a normal one, just not normal from a higher spec car.

?

What trim level is your car?

Find a seat from a Mk3 Fabia where the passenger seat can go up or down and it will fit in the car.

The issue will probably be a different material from the drivers seat and the rear seats.

PS

A mod will move your thread to the Mk3 Fabia section and someone with a passenger seat that is adjustable can maybe say what trim / spec their car is.

My wife's 2015 Fabia Mk3 1.2 TSI (90PS) has a front passenger seat which is height adjustable, it is the 'SE' trim.

My Fabia MK3 2018 Color Edition has adjustable right and left seats.

Ignoring the bit where I do not trust anything a main stealer tells me, I have been in other cars where I have adjusted the height of the FPS. Enough said?
