Can flappy paddles be coded out?

Featured Replies

A bit odd, but the reason is that I use hand controls. The accelerator uses a ring under the steering wheel that goes all the way round.

I keep catching the up paddle with my finger when accelerating, putting the car in manual mode.

If they can be coded out, or disabled in some way, that would solve my problem.

The car is a Kodiaq Mk11

TIA

I would hope so.

Was the Hand Control fitter not able / qualified & with the equipment to do that?

Given that they'll have to be coded in, it'd be reasonable to think they can also be coded out.  Find someone with VCDS and knows how to use it.
