Please can someone help?

 

I replaced my Roomster a few weeks ago and having issues with the Swing Radio.

It will not search for alternative frequencies for my preset stations. So, I have to retune the radio as I travel to different locations.

I have the AF function enabled in the settings.

 

I was wondering if it's possible to perform a factory reset which might resolve the issue. And if so, how?

 

Any suggestions most welcome.

Mine does not do that either. As I read the manual it ought to move as you drive to get the best signal but mine does not. Nearly 9 years and it has never done it. It is spectacularly bad at finding signals when tuning and scanning too. It is a very basic piece of kit.

It may be that the instructions do not match the device.
