How are people finding the noise levels in DCC cars. Mine seems to be very noisy over small road imperfections. 

There have apparently been issues with some DCC resulting in ‘clunky’ noises. There is another topic on this. 
 

I have however read an official VW reaction on the Passat’s DCC issues stating that it has been resolved. (I guess for cars in production) 
 

If you are in any doubt I suggest a visit to the dealer, and if in fact your car has ‘faulty’ DCC suspension you should claim warranty.
