Sounds like DSG mechatronic issues.

😞The transmission was just checked yesterday while servicing and apparently everything was right.

I've just owned it for less than 2 months ffs.

@Cantagar  What was checked / done.    Car going OK, checked as OK and now faulty!

It does sound like that. But it can be the less expensive Selector Forks.

It can be the Clutch Packs.

FFS I've owned the car just over a month. The transmission was checked yesterday with no issues :(. I can select all the gears using the shifts or the gear stick.

So upset about this.

What was done other than the Oil & Filter service yesterday?

?

Was it taken for a road test.

Was the car plugged in and then the Tech says no Fault Codes, DSG all good. Or was a Reset done with the DSG?

The car / DQ200 was too new to get Service Campaign '34F7',  Oil changed to Mineral and software.

Maybe built too early to get '34H5'  2013-2015. Software Update. Preventative.     The ones inbetween that got nothing sometimes show the 'Flashing White Spanner'.

Did this not come up?

It had not been recalled, so perhaps my model sits in the gap between both recalls. Nothing appeared on the console when the issue occurred.

I'm taking it back tomorrow to Skoda but I'm sure they are going to send me home and pre book.

I was just checking the report:

https://triage-apac.superservice.com/home/en-au/customer-authorisation/#/qHroXz&Tr19Yv;QVU%3D&email

Not sure if you can see it. It does not mention road testing or anything beyond a transmission check.

So apparently there is some electrical issue. I'm attaching the suggested works...

I'm a bit lost to be honest!
