vrs 0 position DRL, VCDS

I did some tests, later I discovered that the drl lights do not light up in position 0. I can't find a setting to turn them back on in position 0. They work on auto and park.
I looked at another car, golf 6 2010, there is a 08 code there.
Does anyone know what code the octavia vrs should have? bit 18

octavia combi vrs 2010, 2.0tdi

did not backup code and bought a new laptop cant check history.
