Does anyone know if you can get seat squabs replacements

Mine are worn and I'd like to just replace lower squab

Maybe easier to change whole seat.

Yes but problem will be most drivers seats will have similar wear. I was looking to buy new. 

Find a local car trimmer, these guys can work wonders and can usually match the original upholstery if it needs replaced or can just re foam as needed. Worth a search.🙂

I live in the boondocks, no local car seat trimmers, very few scrap yards. But there is a Skoda dealer

I could phone them but thought I'd ask here first as I'm working away at the moment

The trouble with retrimming is that the car becomes unusable for the duration of the job which may be a show stopper.

 

I dread to contemplate the cost of a new seat even if available
