Octavia vRS CR to Karoq 2.0 tsi Sportline

Featured Replies

Had my 2012 Octy vRS from new. Fantastic car and 124k miles of trouble free motoring. The only thing that failed was the driver window regulator last year. Not bad in 13 years of ownership.

Will be picking up a 2023 Sportline in early March.

Looking forward to it and will no doubt have lots of questions.

Mk2 Octavia was bullit proof, my wife still has her 2012, we also had 4 Yeti's on the same platform.

Technology on the MQB Karoq is a major step forward obviosly as is refinement and ride.

Only downside is the later MQB cars don't feel as well built.

They don't make them like they used to 😄

I had Octavia L&K 1.8 TSI.

Fantastic car.

Apart from the engine.

That needed replacing.  ☹️
