Does anyone know what this plastic cover is down the right hand side of the 2014, 1.6 diesel

engine, it appears to leak oil so maybe I can get a new gasket/cover for it? Thanks in advance.

There's a different arrangement before 06/10/14 apparently, but the image for that one looks different to yours.

UK or US date format? 6th October or 10th June?

I've always thought/found that ETKA uses UK;  DD.MM.YYYY, I think?

Car built 16th May 2014.

Both part numbers 2 and 3 have been superseded form what's shown there.

 

Cover is now 04L109283C @ £35.90 plus VAT

 

Seal is 04L145215C @ £13.50 + VAT

 

A new cover (item 2, just cropped the number off accidentally) appears to come with the seal.

Doesn't appear to be any mechanism for adjustment under that version.

No, the links I gave were from LLL parts, which gives very similar info, but isn't VIN filterable.
