Hey, can someone please tell me if the part number for the turbo actuator 06K145725T is the same as 06K145725R and 06K145725L, or are they completely different? 

Or is it just a matter of marketing?

The last letter is usually a parts revision letter - e.g. 06K145725L is the earliest revision, followed by 06K145725R and then 06K145725T

Currently I have the T variant. If I install the R variant will it fit?

Not really recommended; it might work, but there is no guarantee.  The ECM might be expecting certain revisions of modules.  Putting in an earlier on might be a deal breaker and cause problems.

Suggest that you stick with part number 06K145725T on your replacement.

Something is not clear to me. I am looking for an operator for purchase and it appears to me that the same part number for the turbo operator is compatible with many types. See here:

There are subtitle differences.  The main is whether your car has GPF or not.
