Electric passenger seat

Featured Replies

Hello everyone!

I am the owner of a 2023 Kodiaq. Recently i changed the front passenger seat, with an electric one, then I connected the plugs in the existing electrical wiring. My questions are: If there is a dedicated electrical fuse for the driver's seat, is there one for the passenger's seat as well? If yes, what number is it? Is necessary alsi the coding for this chair?

Best regards

Does anyone know how I can activate the chair?

Hi,

AFAIK, if everything is correctly plug, you need to declare the seat control unit to the '09 - central electric' controller. This is not a simple DIY job. It requires quite intermediate or expert level of knowledge to do it right.

At least, I would go to a dealer or to some specialist who do know what they do. @ApertureS 👋 should confirm this (if still lurking on this forum from time to time).

Driver seat electric, control unit 36 and passenger seat electric control unit 06 are always registered in the gateway control unit 19

Both Units are use can comfort
